These Terms govern your use of the Vizo Player application (the "App"), operated by Vizo Player ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
Vizo Player is a neutral media player. It plays IPTV/Xtream/M3U services that you provide. We do not supply, host, bundle, resell, or endorse any channels, streams, or other content. The App ships with no provider and no content.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights.
The App is offered on a paid subscription (US$5 per month). Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play; Google's payment terms apply, and renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's policies. We may offer complimentary or promotional access at our discretion.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that any third-party service you connect to will be available, lawful, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any content delivered by a service you supply.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have that cannot be waived by agreement.
