Vizo Player · Last updated 2026-06-16

Vizo Player ("we", "us") operates the Vizo Player application (the "App") — a neutral media player that plays the IPTV/M3U service you supply. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

What we do NOT collect: We do not collect, store, or transmit your IPTV/Xtream server URL, username, or password. Those credentials are stored only on your own device and are sent directly from your device to your own provider. We never see the content you watch.

How we use it

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that make the App work — notably Google Play (subscription billing) and our hosting provider — which process data on our behalf. We do not otherwise share your personal data.

Retention & deletion

We keep your device and activity data while your device is active and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period after the device becomes inactive. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; we will remove your device record, Favorites, and Watch Progress.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date shown above.
